The TeleHealth implementation plan is a series of activities that build a comprehensive assessment, overview and action plan for any organization considering moving into the TeleHealth world. Using a specific approach, Dr. Antoniotti covers all components of organizational readiness for TeleHealth and outlines specific strategies to implement a successful TeleHealth program. The TeleHealth plan may focus on one desired service or several, and in the future, can be used as the foundation for expanding to other clinical services or business development strategies. At the end of the assessment period (one or two days), a summary session with key stakeholders is held to review findings and preliminary recommendations of next steps. At the summary session, decisions to move forward with recommendations will be made. Recommendations are based on current capabilities, intended service delivery, infrastructure in place or potential expansion, and technologies currently available or implementable. Although the preferred assessment format is on-site, some of the interviews and data collection can be conducted remotely over video or telephony. At the end of the assessment phase, a preliminary business plan is also possible.

Dr. Antoniotti will help you identify payment policies for your payers based on payer- mix, will conduct multi-state analyses of Medicaid reimbursement, analyzes private payer reimbursement by state, evaluates Medical board practice requirements for TeleHealth, assists with DEA registration for prescribing contolled substances, and all other legal and regulatory requirements that support being able to reimburse and get paid for services delivered via TeleHealth.
